Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be sent to us in writing, by email to kohsokdistrict@proton.me or via WhatsApp. The date of receipt is authoritative.

More than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit (30% of the stay) is kept as a credit, valid for 12 months for a new stay. Any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded.

Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price of the stay remains due. Any surplus paid is refunded.

14 days or less before the arrival date, or failure to arrive on the scheduled day: the full price of the stay remains due.

Change of dates

You can change your dates free of charge once, up to 30 days before your arrival, subject to availability. If the new stay is longer or more expensive, the difference must be paid. After that point, a change of dates is treated as a cancellation.

During the stay

Leaving early, for whatever reason, does not entitle you to a refund.

In the event of injury or illness preventing you from continuing training, on presentation of a medical certificate, the unused days are converted into a credit valid for 12 months.

A serious breach of the camp rules may result in the stay being ended, without a refund.

Cancellation by the camp

If we have to cancel or interrupt your stay (camp closure, force majeure, an event beyond your control), you can choose between a full refund of the days not used and postponing your stay to other dates.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to accommodation and leisure services provided on a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to stay bookings. These conditions apply as soon as the booking is accepted.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation, including for combat sports.
