Data collected

When you book: first name, last name, email, phone, country, chosen dates and package, options, any useful information you send us, and your payment history (amount, date, reference; never card numbers).

When you write to us via the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone and your message.

For website security, the IP address is recorded when logging in to the administration area.

Why we use it

To manage your booking and your stay (performance of the contract), collect payments, reply to you, meet our accounting obligations, and keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

We never sell your data. We don't send you advertising without your consent.

Who has access

The Kohsok District team and, only as far as their role requires, our service providers: the website host ([host to be added at launch]), Revolut for payments, and our email delivery service. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that app also processes your messages.

Retention period

Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the period required by law for accounting purposes (6 years in the United Kingdom). Contact requests without a booking are deleted after 3 years with no exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to kohsokdistrict@proton.me. You can also contact the data protection authority: the ICO in the United Kingdom, or the authority in your country (the CNIL in France).
