Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all bookings of Muay Thai training stays offered under the brand Kohsok District – Muay Thai Gym by SOK DISTRICT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (United Kingdom) under number 17134233, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (hereinafter “the camp”). The stays take place at Hua Hin, Thailand.

2. Booking

Bookings are made on the website or directly with the camp. A booking includes the chosen package, the dates, the number of participants and any options.

By booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms, the cancellation and refund policies and the privacy policy.

A place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The minimum stay is 7 days.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes where applicable. The price of a stay is calculated according to the rules shown on the Packages page: pay for 3 weeks = stay up to 30 days for the same price; from 7 to 20 days and beyond 30 days, the price is calculated day by day.

The applicable price is the one shown at the time of booking. It is confirmed in the summary sent to the customer.

4. Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total price is paid at the time of booking. The customer may also choose to pay the full amount.

The balance is due no later than 7 days before the arrival date.

Card payments are processed securely by Revolut. The camp does not receive or store any card data. Bank transfers may also be accepted.

If the balance is not paid on time, the camp may consider the booking cancelled by the customer; the cancellation policy then applies.

5. What is included

The content of each package (accommodation, training, meals, transfers, etc.) is as described on the Packages page at the time of booking. Flights, insurance, personal expenses and anything not stated as included are at the customer's own cost.

6. Cancellation, changes, refunds

The rules on cancellation, changes of dates and refunds are set out in the “Cancellation policy” and “Refund policy” pages, which form part of these terms.

7. Health, safety and camp rules

Muay Thai is a combat sport that involves risks. The customer declares that their state of health is compatible with intensive sports practice and will report any health problem before arrival.

The customer respects the coaches' instructions, the camp rules, the other residents and the premises. Fights and sparring are never compulsory or guaranteed; they depend on the customer's level and the coaches' judgement.

Travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation and combat sports is strongly recommended.

8. Accommodation

The room is allocated by the camp. The customer is responsible for any damage they cause. A deposit may be requested for certain services; its terms are communicated before the stay.

9. Liability

The camp cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items, or for the consequences of the customer failing to follow safety instructions. It is not liable for events of force majeure.

10. Personal data

The customer's data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

11. Complaints and governing law

Any complaint may be sent to kohsokdistrict@proton.me. We always seek an amicable solution. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving the consumer customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
